The role is both strategic and operational, acting as an advisor to the sales management team while driving financial planning, performance follow-up, and cross-functional process improvements. You will ensure seamless collaboration between finance and commercial operations, enabling digital excellence and international alignment.
Key responsibilities

Facilitate integration and harmonization of processes across markets and departments.
Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for OS and RS channels.
Conduct monthly financial follow-up including P&L tracking and variance analysis, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.
Skills & experience
You are a strong leader with a solid background in business controlling, passionate about driving results in fast-moving environments. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Several years of experience in business controlling (budgeting, forecasting, P&L follow-up).
Proven leadership experience, ideally in an international environment with experience from leading a team at a distance.
Experience from dynamic, fast-paced organizations (rather than slow-moving, highly corporate settings).
Track record of driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
A commercial or sales-driven background is an advantage.
Strong systems understanding and interest (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI, Dynamics, Excel).
Personal qualities:

Curious and motivated by continuous improvement.
High integrity and accountability.
Excellent communicator, able to inspire and engage across cultures.
