Qmatic is now looking for their new business-oriented Vice President Human Resources (VP HR). As VP HR you will together with a strong team lead the HR agenda globally.
About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic leader to join Qmatic’s management team in the ongoing journey towards a client focused SaaS-company.
As VP HR you will have the global responsibility of ensuring that Qmatic develops its culture and way of working along with the evolution of its solution offerings to their clients. This includes competence mapping and sourcing globally.
You will be responsible for all people related matters and of developing and implementing the HR strategy, including employer branding.
As VP HR you will provide executive-level leadership and guidance in people matters to an organization that is in rapid transformation. You will also be responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Securing the right competence as well as driving and supporting the transformation into one inclusive culture in the whole company.
- Set up an employer branding strategy. Assess and develop talent globally and ensure high focus on performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Build and implement the right human resources policies, programs, and systems in alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives.
- Supporting the business in reaching their business targets from a people perspective, steering people and safety metrics.
- Steer and align the HR team and its services with the needs of the leadership team.
- Take lead in developing the leadership in the company.
The VP HR will be based in Mölndal and be part of the Executive Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- At least 10 years of human resource management experience, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, both in Swedish and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
