About the Role
Dustin is seeking a strong leader with strategic acumen to elevate the company's sustainability efforts to the next level. This pivotal role aims to steer an extensive transformation towards fully integrating sustainability into the company's daily operations. You will be responsible for developing strategies, setting goals, and implementing activities aligned with the company's overarching sustainability objectives for 2030. Your task will involve ensuring seamless integration across all facets of the business.
In this role, you will work closely with the company's executive leadership, Head of Strategy and extended leadership team. Reporting to the EVP Marketing,Communication & Sustainability, Stephanie Forsblom, you will oversee a sustainability team of four employees and have a dotted line responsibility for a business controller. Moreover, this role requires significant indirect leadership through establishing social connections throughout the organization to foster trust and confidence.
Requirements
· Proven leadership experience with the ability to communicate effectively and inspire engagement.
· Several years of experience in strategic sustainability work.
· Experience working in companies situated in similar value chain segments and of similar size as Dustin is advantageous.
