About The Role
Head of Supply Chain Excellence
At Dustin, you will lead and contribute to the development of Supply Chain Excellence in all aspects; from contact center, to warehousing and logistics, and sourcing and procurements, and overall supply chain strategy and development. You will be reporting to EVP Supply Chain, and your main mission will be to influence and drive the management, development, roadmap and implementation of a new supply chain strategy. This involves tailoring your own team, stakeholder management and communication with all organisational levels, from the warehouse floors to the board rooms.
What you will be doing
- Working with Supply Chain Development and continuous improvements together with Supply Chain Management and stakeholders; whilst coordinating the implementations of these strategies with your team.
- Building your own team of 5-10 people, who will work alongside you as a strategy unit, developing and implementing new strategies across Dustin’s supply chain.
- Leading through knowledge and encouragement; keeping the team and Dustin updated on the latest trends and best practices within supply chain.
- Presenting cases and strategies to the Leadership Team for Dustin, and implementing these strategies.
- Collaborate and build positive relationships with Business Units, customers, suppliers, and other functions to deliver results.
Who you are
You are passionate about your craft and truly interested in following market trends and best practices. You are a team-orientated leader with experience and motivation of inspiring others. You have an entrepreneurial mindset – thinking innovative to propel strategy and results forward. Lastly, you are highly communicative and know how to navigate the organisational landscape. You might be a Management Consultant within Supply Chain Strategy/Management, or you are currently working within Retail/e-commerce with Supply Chain Development from a B2B perspective.
We would like for you to have
- Approximately 10 years of experience within Supply Chain Management within retail and e-commerce, preferably within B2B.
- Proven leadership with focus on engagement and results.
- Ability to ensure strategic alignment with multiple parties.
- Exceptional understanding of supply chain and procurement processes and strategy.
- University Degree.
