Founded by the entrepreneurs behind PriceRunner, the company has been profitable for several years, consistently growing at a rate of 20% per year. They have been named a Gazelle company three years in a row. Trustvoice’s long-term vision is to become a billion-SEK business, delivering best-in-class review solutions on a global scale.
About the Role
Trustvoice is looking for a proactive and hands-on Growth Marketer to take ownership of marketing campaigns and activities that drive brand visibility and generate inbound leads. This is a wide-ranging role suited to someone who enjoys working across content, digital channels, events, and analytics.
The Growth Marketer will play a key role in supporting Trustvoice’s expansion by executing data-driven strategies, aligning closely with the sales team, and contributing to account-based marketing efforts. This person will report directly to CEO and be positioned to grow into the Marketing Lead role within 1–3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and social channels
- Create and optimize marketing content and landing pages focused on lead generation
- Manage tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to improve campaign performance
- Support the company’s presence at key industry events, including booth planning and coordination
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals
- Collaborate with agencies and external consultants
- Contribute to the account-based marketing strategy through CRM segmentation and targeted outreach
- Generate performance reports and offer insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B and SaaS
- Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis
- Strong understanding of how marketing and sales work together to create business impact
- Comfortable using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and Swedish
Preferred experience
- HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
- Social media strategy and content creation
- Paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- SEO content development
