Trustvoice is a fast-growing Swedish SaaS company offering a leading platform for Ratings & Reviews, Insights, and Market Intelligence. Originally known as Testfreaks, the company has evolved from a product review engine into a powerful solution for managing customer feedback and product data.

The Trustvoice platform helps international multi-channel retailers and brands collect, manage, and distribute authentic customer reviews. The company doesn’t sell off-the-shelf packages; every solution is tailored to the client’s unique business objectives and digital presence. Their clients are international multi-channel retailers and brands, such as Klarna, Meta, Electrolux, Philips, Clas Ohlson, and Adlibris.

Trustvoice has a team of 30 professionals split between Sweden and international markets. Founded by the entrepreneurs behind PriceRunner, the company has been profitable for several years, consistently growing at a rate of 20% per year. They have been named a Gazelle company three years in a row. Trustvoice’s long-term vision is to become a billion-SEK business, delivering best-in-class review solutions on a global scale.

About the Role

Trustvoice is looking for a proactive and hands-on Growth Marketer to take ownership of marketing campaigns and activities that drive brand visibility and generate inbound leads. This is a wide-ranging role suited to someone who enjoys working across content, digital channels, events, and analytics.

The Growth Marketer will play a key role in supporting Trustvoice’s expansion by executing data-driven strategies, aligning closely with the sales team, and contributing to account-based marketing efforts. This person will report directly to CEO and be positioned to grow into the Marketing Lead role within 1–3 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and social channels
  • Create and optimize marketing content and landing pages focused on lead generation
  • Manage tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to improve campaign performance
  • Support the company’s presence at key industry events, including booth planning and coordination
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals
  • Collaborate with agencies and external consultants
  • Contribute to the account-based marketing strategy through CRM segmentation and targeted outreach
  • Generate performance reports and offer insights to improve marketing effectiveness

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B and SaaS
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of how marketing and sales work together to create business impact
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English and Swedish

Preferred experience

  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
  • Social media strategy and content creation
  • Paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • SEO content development
