Besedo is now reorganizing the management team to grow their business and help more companies achieve good content quality and better user experience.

About the role

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee Besedos organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be responsible for the efficiency of business.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll have to maintain control of global business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.

The goal of the COO position is to secure the client satisfaction and efficiency of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our global delivery and client teams to encourage maximum performance, dedication and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners and vendors.

Requirements and skillset for the role

  • Experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role in an international environment.
  • Senior understanding of business functions such as Key Account Management, Customer success, Technology, HR etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience of driving and operating larger outsourcing and off shoring projects.
  • Understanding and experience from building SaaS businesses.
  • Working knowledge of high level data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Working knowledge of IT / Business infrastructure.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
