About the role

For this role, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial professional to help Anticimex maintain the position as the leading IoT pest control company in the world.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development at Anticimex Innovation Center you will enter a new role, supporting on group level the Commercial Product Development based upon data. You will work globally as an internal consultant in a decentralized organization, understanding the local preconditions and market demands and create different formats, offers and deliveries depending on the requests from the 18 operations.

You will be responsible for commercializing the data generated from the 130 000 devices worldwide and conceptualize it into a valuable offer. You will be responsible for building this new competence in the Anticimex Countries, and to create a cross-functional understanding of commercial data value.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a track record of creating new businesses derived from data. You will work globally as an internal consultant in a decentralized organization and you have experience from commercializing and scaling businesses.You will work closely with the SMART Group Commercial team consisting of Head of Commercial Development, Product Manager Hardware and two Trainers.

You have experience from a fast-moving company that deals with a lot of data, probably a tech or a product company. You have been working in a commercial environment, functioning as a Commercial Product Manager or in a commercial role, always in the heart of business. You love creating new opportunities and strive to grow the company’s business.

We want you to

  • Be curious, enthusiastic and love to discuss and test new ideas.
  • Have an excellent ability to engage key stakeholders and build enthusiasm for new ideas across multiple business groups at all levels.
  • Have an ability to energize people and motivate teams, as well as trigger powerful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Be able to be both strategic and operative in a true entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Connect to the needs and pain points of our customers to add value to Anticimex digital offer.
  • Be able to travel approximately once a week to the global operations.

You have

  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Experience from a commercial role, within Sales or Product management.
  • Experience in strategy development and Customer Revenue Analysis.
  • Demonstrated result in creating new commercial products.
  • Preferable experience from a start-up or another entrepreneurial environment.
  • A datadriven way of working.
  • Experience from working in a global company.
  • Fluent in English, both orally and written.
  • A possible background as a Management Consultant.
  • Experience within M2M/IoT is highly desirable, but not required.
