We are now looking for a SMART Commercial Development Manager to further develop the Anticimex business.
About the Role
We are looking for a structured, enthusiastic and sales-driven professional to join our commercial team at SMART. The Commercial Team is responsible on group level for supporting all Anticimex global operations with sales development and technical expertise to increase the IoT business worldwide.
In this new role, SMART Commercial Development Manager, you will work globally as an internal consultant in a decentralized organization. Your primary responsibility is to understand the local preconditions, the pain points of different industries and by that grow the Anticimex offer into new industry verticals. It requires a good knowledge in market and industry insights as well as an excellent ability to sell. You will be an important part in sharing best practices and learnings across the entire group.
You will be reporting to Head of Commercial Development and work closely with both the commercial SMART team as well as the Sales team in each market.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Build business by identifying the specific needs and pain point of each industry.
- Find business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options.
- Support the local sales team with data, new solutions and industry specific concepts.
- Build relationship with the 18 operations by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Educate, report and summarize relevant trends and new information for the local operations.
- Your goal will be to enter new industries and develop structures and strategies to support the local markets in their SMART growth.

You have
- An academic examina in Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- 3+ years of working experience.
- Experience from a commercial role, probably in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in sales strategy and market-mapping.
- A proven track record of successfully managing sales operations and delivering quality results.
- A data driven way of working.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
It is a merit if you also have
- Experience from an industry with high compliance as pharma or equivalent.
- Experience from working in a global company.
- Experience from different industries relevant for Anticimex, maybe as a management consultant.
- Experience from sales coaching or lecturing.
